Here is how and where to buy your hosting with your Naira card.
If you are based in Nigeria, you would have experienced the issue of paying for services priced in other currencies outside the Naira currency.
To address this, there are hosting companies, existing and catering to the Nigerian market. This allows you to trade their services and products without worrying about anything.
However, if you have a dollar card while based in Nigeria, you can go ahead and use other services as listed in the previous post, since you do not have such limitations.
Remember that a domain name is like a house address while hosting is like a house.
While most developers would advise that you buy your domain and hosting from the same company, others say you should buy them separately. Whichever one you choose, to buy a hosting plan with your Naira card, I would recommend;

Usually, when you are buying a domain name, they will upsell a hosting plan to you. If you want to buy them together, you can choose a hosting plan and pay at once. Otherwise, you can buy the hosting alone from another company.
Follow the same process as with the domain name, if you are buying from another company.
To buy, create an account, if you haven’t done that.
Go to the email address you used to create the account and activate your account. Log in again and find the Services Tab → Order New Services.
The available hosting plans will show up. Choose the one that best suits your needs and proceed to make payment.
You will be required to give the hosting plan a name. It’s best to choose the domain name that will be primarily linked to it. For example, if I have bought the domain name goodlooks.com when buying my hosting plan, I will still use goodlooks.com as the hosting plan name.
Once this is completed, the hosting plan you purchased will appear on the Services Tab → My Services.
